Community Excavations

We specialise in the design and delivery of a wide range of social impact programmes focused on archaeology and heritage. This includes Heritage Open Days and Displays, Community Excavations, Volunteer Initiatives, Job Training Initiatives, In-school Programmes, and Community Engagement Campaigns. Our community first approach helps to ensure that these programmes deliver maximum social impact and community benefit.

Education Programs

We have years of experience delivering a wide range of educational programmes to a variety of audiences. This includes the delivery of our in-school programmes, hosting school groups on community excavations, and job training programmes. Job Training Initiatives

We offer a wide range of hands-on Job Training Initiatives including in-school programmes, field schools, work placements, volunteer opportunities, and mentorship for paid Archaeology and Heritage Management Apprentices. Public Lectures and Open Days 

We love showing off our work, and this is clear in the delivery of our Public Lectures and Heritage Open Days. We cover a wide range of topics, including Public Lectures on previously excavated sites, our heritage and research initiatives, general sessions on Archaeology and Heritage, and ask an Archaeologist sessions. Likewise, we are enthusiastic about hosting open days either on site, or at larger events that cover archaeology and heritage more generally.

Support for Not-for-Profits

We provide a wide variety of support for local community groups and not-for-profits for the betterment of our communities. Our team will work with your not-for-profit to help support and grow your programme at every step of the process. This might include support at the design stage of a project, fundraising, advertising, delivery, and general consultancy. Research Services

We provide a wide range of research services for archaeological and heritage related projects. This includes archaeological research (e.g., Desk-based Assessments, Technical Reports and Publications), the composition of archive-based and oral-based histories, pamphlets and booklets on local histories, feasibility studies, social impact studies, and support for other researchers. Media and Social Media Strategies

We will work closely with you to ensure that your social impact project reaches as many people as possible. This includes working with you to ensure that each of our projects has an appropriate advertising and media strategy. This approach not only helps to increase the impact of your project, but will also work as advertising for your larger works.
